- A clean, well-guarded single-terminal international airport, currently undergoing expansion and modernization. There’s a small selection of shops and a few very good dining options.
- Lines for check-in and immigration are long, but orderly. Lines for boarding can be a little chaotic.
- Restrooms may not have toilet paper, so bring your own!

In this guide we may refer to locations as "landside" and "airside". Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
- Karibuni Lounge - Location: International Departure Lounge, Airside. Showers are available. Hours: 150 minutes prior to first flight departure (approx. 3:00AM) - after last scheduled departure (approx. 10:30PM). Lounge Access: Pay at the Door (US$ 15)
WiFi is available at Entebbe Airport in the transit concourse. Easy World internet cafe is located in Arrivals.

- Post Office - Posta Uganda. Location: Departures level, 1st Floor. Hours: 8:00AM - 12:45PM and 2:00PM - 5:00PM (Mon - Fri) • 8:00AM - 1:00PM (Sat).

- Smoking Areas - There is a designated smoking area in the Arrivals Hall.
