Mount Sinai Airport
Recent Review
"Another improbable and nearly impossible place to sleep was atop Mount Sinai where Moses received the ten commandments. After climbing 2/3rds of the mountain on Samba, my bedouin-led camel, and climbing precariously to the top without a flashlight in the middle of the night, I was greeted by literally hundreds of other travelers/tourists. We edged out a small corner, trying to sleep on the sandy ground covering ourselves with a sleeping bag (it was so cold). After sleeping or trying to sleep for quite a while, we kept getting stepped on or nudged by Koreans, Japanese, Italians, and others. We had chosen the perfect site to see the rising of the sun, just as Moses did, but got trampled in the process."
