For entry to the United Clubs, use your United Club membership or eligible elite status. When space is available, you can pay at the door – as long as you’re flying United. - Terminal A – Airside, across from Gate A9. Hours: Temporarily Closed. Click here to let us know when the lounge has re-opened.
- Terminal B – Airside, South Mezzanine, above the United Express ticket counter. Hours: 5:30AM -9:15PM (Daily).
- Terminal C (North) – Airside, near Gate C1. Hours: 5:30AM – 9:15PM (Daily).
- Terminal C (South) – Airside, near Gate C33. Hours: 5:30AM – 9:15PM (Daily).
- Terminal E – Airside, between Gates E11 and E12. Hours: 5:30AM – 9:15PM (Daily).
A United Polaris Lounge is available for First and Business Class travellers travelling internationally. Location: 5:30AM – 9:00PM (Daily).

Pay at the door
One-time passes can be purchased through the United App. The rate is US$ 59 per person.
Requirements: One-time pass holders will need to provide a boarding pass for same-day travel on United Airlines, Star Alliance or a partner operated flight.
