"Hooray! Busan will soon be getting (another) new international terminal! The current terminal is only 4 years old but is a temporary building, which probably explains why it looks and echoes like the inside of a basketball gym. The new terminal is almost finished and looks like a mini-version of Incheon Airport! That's good news, since I think Incheon is the world's best airport for a layover nap. Busan's current international terminal is very noisy, very bright with skylights, and lacks quiet places for resting (the domestic terminal is much quieter and not as bright). In fact, I found that the nice grassy knoll outside (side of building near the arrivals exit) is the best place to rest, since there is a very pleasant ocean breeze usually blowing past."
"Busan was not a bad place for a nap before my flight. The international terminal had nice soft chairs that were good for sleeping. My only complaints are the annoying echo and the only food I could find in the departure area was in vending machines or kimchee at the duty free."
