In this guide we may refer to locations as "landside" and "airside". Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
- Marigold Lounge - Location: Airside, Lower Level. The Lounge is also accessible Landside next to the Arrivals Hall on the Ground Floor. Showers are available. Hours: 5:00AM - 7:00PM (Daily).
WiFi is available at Pekanbaru Airport inside the lounge. At the time of this update we did not have any information about WiFi availability elsewhere in the terminal. [ see Airport Lounges above ]

- Food & Drinks - There are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops available but it is not known if any are open 24 hours.
- Shopping - A variety of souvenir type shops are available throughout the airport as well as mini-mart.

- Spa - Reflexology services are available to enjoy. Exact location and hours are not known.
