BERGAMO, Italy

"To sleep in Orio al Serio airport you need a sleeping bag and/or an airbed, because the floor is cement and chairs are not enough for all the people that are in every night." (Lucy)
"If you don't mind being a tad sacrilegious, find sanctuary in the church. " (David Frydrych)

What you can look forward to:

WTF is this?

  • limited seating
  • clean bathrooms
  • closes at night for "cleaning", so you may be kicked out at night
  • prayer room
  • uncomfortable metal seating with armrests

"Airport was opened during the night but at first they kicked everyone out because of "cleaning" and then came the worst - they let us stay but did not let to sleep (to close eyes). Was like an concentration camp - as soon you are closing your eyes someone wakes you up and screams or kicks with foot. Horrible. Never again in this airport!"
