"courteous about letting you sleep in station. Pretty damp and cold in late october. Ferry to Newhaven leaves at 0200 and 1600. About one mile walk. Ferry station is locked with little dry outside area if the wind is blowing the rain. Also too dead and industrial for comfortable sleep, stay in the train station til close to departure time"
