The bus station is closed all night long, I think from midnight to 6AM but I'm not so sure. Anyway, if you have your bag in luggage lockers inside, just ask to security staff; they'll open you the doors and you will be able to get your bag back.
Even if bus station is closed, you can sleep at the platforms, under a roof and over the benches. They're confortable and climate isn't raw, since this area is partially closed on a side.
