The Moss Airport in Rygge (which is also serving Oslo, the capital of Norway) is not a big airport, but it is clean and seems quite safe. There is not a big number of flights and during an overnight stay one should not be disturbed by people arriving and leaving. When me and two friends had to spend the night there, there were a few other people, so we felt safer and not alone, and not too many to make us feel annoyed or disturbed. Sleeping is uncomfortable, and in case of a big crowd maybe the number of wooden benches and tables would not be enough, but for sure, all in all, spending the night there is an option. The security do not seem to mind about the people sleeping there. There is WiFi connection for free, but the small food/magazines shop and in generally everything is closed during the night. And all that, because we had to stay in the arrivals room until very early in the morning (we asked the people there about that) and only then could we move to the departures place where there are comfortable couches and places to eat and buy something to read, for example.
