What to Expect
Mykonos Airport (code: JMK) has a small terminal with basic facilities for the many travellers that fly here during the peak summer season. The terminal may be undergoing expansion or modernization in the next two years. For now, you’ll find three snack bars (landside, Schengen Zone, and non-Schengen Zone) and a few basic shops. Free WiFi helps pass the time. For added comfort, while you wait, there is a lounge that you have access to. See Airport Lounges in the guide below for location and access information.
Sleeping in Mykonos Airport
The airport closes daily by 6:00 PM, reopening mid-morning, so overnight stays are impossible. For uninterrupted sleep, nearby hotels offer free shuttle service. See the Airport Hotels section below for locations, or read traveller airport reviews for more tips.

Public Transportation

Outside the terminal building and available during the airport’s regular hours of operation. At the time of this update, the estimated fare from the airport to the city is 15€.
