ALL MY JEWLERY HAS BEEN STOLEN AT EGYPT AIRPORT
My sister has been stolen at Egypt airport 'all her jewelry has been stolen at Egypt airport' !!!!!!!! Read the story my sister has a tourist visa and travelled from Cairo to the USA at 08/11/2010 and at the last check scan 'that usually happen before entering the plane' the airport people didn't allow my sister to take her hand bag with her but to leave her hand bag with the luggage, and a security lady 'working at Egypt airport' took the hand bag from my sister and told her that you will receive it with your luggage at new York, at this moment my sister forget to take her jewelry and her wedding ring from the hand bag and my sister gave the hand bag to that lady. at new York, my sister opened the hand bag to surprise that there is no any thing in the hand bag except the empty jewelry boxes. Egypt air or Egypt airport is not safe, they not honest. After i told the police and the ...

  • Lisbon - Lisbon ..... javiquil August, 2010
    Horrible Seats
I arrived to this airport with the usual excitement and willing to find a confortable place as I had like 11 hours ahead and I was already tired of walking around the city... I was first of all charged 1 euro to buy a plastic bag and they kept my soap, the same bathing things passed throw another airport without problems... Then I took a look around the airport and everything was cold. It was freezing! we were only 4 people in the entire terminal at 1 AM and the whole place was with very low temperature... All the seats were the uncomfortables ones, only wood or metal and the only thing more confortable were the ones in a restaurant in front of McDonald's , green ones, I tryed to sleep there but I was freezed in an hour so I had to spent the rest of the night walking and trying to heat in the bathroom... HOrrible seats and a horrible airport to sleep in.

  • Prague - Terminal 2 ..... Noemi August, 2010
Much better than the forest ^^
I slept in the terminal 2 of Prag Ruzyne one night because it was to rainy and and already too late to sleep in the forest. :) We (my girlfriend and me) arrived at 1 am, there were already a few people sleeping there (but not so many) and we found a nice place at the end of a corridor with no people walking there (and all the shops nearby were closed till 8 am). There were no seats there but a small mattress, some clothes and our sleeping bags made it comfortable enough to sleep. The cleaning staff was nice, the man didn't clean the ground where we were sleeping on. We saw policemen, I think that they noticed us too but they didn't say anything about us sleeping here. They were some announcements in the night ('don't leave your luggage unattended'), maybe one per hour. But that was not such a big problem to sleep. So after sleeping something like 6 hours there, we had enough energy to...

  • Philadelphia - ..... livresrares July, 2010
    Chilly in Philly
Got to the airport at about 2:00 AM and settled down to snooze for a few hours before my 6:00 AM flight. Even in the middle of summer, this airport was FREEZING so bring a blanket. Oh, and the only benches without armrests are the ones with the big handicapped wheelchair symbol. Nobody bothered me when stretching out on them, but I had to remember to fake a limp when walking away.

  • Warsaw - Frederic Chopin Airport ..... greatgooner August, 2010
    Decent but Cold!
After confusion over my bus to the airport i finally arrived at 11pm to spend the night for my 6am flight. Made my way upstairs to the main terminal lobby and found a 4 seater metal bench without arm-rests no problem, there was a few other over-night stayers but thankfully alot more 4-seaters compared to travellers. It was a quiet night with only the cleaners making any of the noise, there was a heavy security presence but they didn't bother anyone. My only recommendation is bring an extra layer! It was a warm night outside but inside the terminal there was a very cold draught which kept me awake the whole evening. The security gate opened at 3.30am for the 5am departure flights and through there a little breakfast cafe opens at the same time.

  • Cairo - Cairo International Airport ..... prinsengracht233 January, 2010
    Worst shopping experience...
No chance to purchase anything but tacky souvenirs. Forget about make up or parfumes: oldies, and no choice at all!

  • Paris - 2 ..... Brard August, 2010
    Aberrations
Vivei Singapour, Soul, Kual...
