(Contributed by ?) "The town square in Zilna (spelling maybe off), Slovakia, in the Summer of 1992. Sleeping under the arches after an 8 hour train journey and a bizarre vegetarian meal (the only place open at 9pm - Slovakians at the time not believing in being awake outside of daylight.) At 5.30am, when dawn was breaking, a couple of heavily armed police officers woke us up and moved us on. Every time we tried to sleep somewhere in public for the rest of the morning (no cash, banks wouldn't open til midday) another set of tough cops would move us on. If you're going, take some food and book ahead!"
