For your own sake, don't try sleeping in Terminal 2. The seats are from the 1970s and have metal armrests between each seat. The bathrooms aren't terrible, but there's a distinct lack of food beyond security. The TVs and announcements are loud, but they're barely used before 7 am. Fortunately, you probably won't have to spend much time in this small, secondary terminal since flights are generally on-time, and if you're connecting to Terminal 3, it's not a long walk.
Terminal 3 is slightly better for sleeping, since it was built for and by Delta and is relatively modern. Should weather force you to spend the night, you'll be able to get a cot and a thin airline blanket, if you don't want to stay in the airport hotel. Terminal 3 is quite loud since it houses a Delta hub and thus is generally crowded. The airport tends to stay open for pretty long hours; I have arrived from a long, delayed flight from Seattle at 2 am and security and restaurants were still open. Similarly, I have checked in baggage for early flights as early as 5:45 am with no problem. It's not an ideal place to sleep, but it's definitely not the worst.
