"Cleveland Amtrak's open times are weird. It's open thru out the night but closed during the day time hours. i checked in for my train 3 hours early since it was my first time on Amtrak. The place was quiet....very quiet,very clean,peaceful....no homeless folks hang'in out and such. Cleveland's Amtrak is located in a spot not everybody knows about,there for it's a bit out of the way for somebody to wander to the Amtrak Station to stand around,which RTA Police as well as Cleveland Police will not allow. The ticket person on duty was highly helpful as vending machines provided that 'pre-board' snacks to fill your bags for your trip. All in all,Cleveland's Amtrak station is very comfy to sleep in during those long waits for your train."
