"I went down to Mobile, Alabama from Michigan to see my favorite football player, John Navarre, play in the Senior Bowl but I was only going down for the one day and my flight didn't leave until 6 the next morning. After the game I returned to the airport, which wasn't any bigger than an average mall, and sat in the area that's before the security area. For a little while flights were still coming in and lots of people were around but around midnight there were no other people around. A security guard came by and asked me if I needed anything and if I did to come find one of them and they'd make sure I had anything I needed. Surprisingly the couches were very comfortable and I did get about 5 hours of sleep. The only annoying thing was the announcement every 15 minutes about not leaving your personal belongings unattended, which I was able to tune out after a couple of hours. Overall, the experience wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be!"
