This is the tiniest airport you've ever seen. The problem with Molokai is the rental cars are relatively so few so they run out. Its better and cheaper to book your car when you book your flight. I think Hawaiian Air will tell you that. There's no bus on Molokai. I'd keep the rental car and sleep in that rather than the airport. There's one food place and its a window, called the Molokai Grill, it only has hot dogs. There's a big handwritten sign that says 'Do not just drop your bags and wander off or they will go to the wrong island!' Everyone laughs and takes a picture of it. Its been there forever, since 1999 at least. Another problem is the winds pick up in the late afternoon and the runway is very short.
