Do not sleep here! I am a Rochester native and I have used this bus station a couple of times. Each time has been terrifying. I have never been able to enter the station without getting hustled by homeless people. Not to mention, it's in one of the most dangerous areas in downtown Rochester. The waiting area is small and looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 1970's. There are bucket seats in the waiting area and security is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend sleeping in this bus station unless you alternate shifts of sleep with traveling partners or can sleep with one eye open.
