"I tried to sleep at Savannah-Hilton Head a few years ago when I missed my flight and had to get one for the next morning. Nope. Not possible. They WILL kick you out once all the flights are through, with all the attendant Southern sweetness I expected. They kicked me out, but they were REALLY sorry about it, y'all. That said, it's a clean, well-kept airport and the people are nice, recommending approximately 80 bajillion options for local hotels. The interior food court is like what you'd get in any major mall, but has a nice high ceilings. When chillin' at the airport, I'd recommend chilling here, but you won't be able to catch many zzz's in Savannah."
