"The William Walsh Regional Transportation center in syrcause or RTC as we here know it as isn't the kind of place that that you would want to spend the night. I discovered this when I went to catch a train there (it's a train/bus station) and had a few hours to kill (the train was late as always). There are a few reasons not to sleep there the main one being that the benchs are the red metal kind that would be very uncomfortable to sleep in. Also no matter where you go you hear the CNN from the tv's that they have scattered throught the place. The only quiet place is up on train platform and sleeping there is bound to attract the attention of the cops. If you are really desperate for a place to sleep it's much easier to take a bus into downtwon syracuse (there are frequent buses form there to downtown) and find hotel room to there. Also the previous review for the syracuse bus station seems to be for the old one which doesn't exist anymore."
