Whether you have a layover, overnight sleepover or are just quickly passing through, our Antigua Airport Guide is a great place to start planning your visit.  Here, you’ll find information on services and facilities available inside the airport – including details about airport lounges, WiFi, mobile charging points, lockers, 24-hour food options, nearby hotels, and everything in between.

ANU Airport Overview

To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down about what to expect during your time at Antigua Airport.

What to Expect

Antigua Airport (code: ANU) has one small but modern terminal. You’ll find a few shops and eateries; none are open 24 hours a day. More affordable eateries are located within walking distance of the airport. Free WiFi is available to help pass the time. For an upgraded layover, economy-class passengers can pay to enter the airport lounge. See Airport Lounges in the guide below for its location and rates.

Sleeping in Antigua Airport

antigua airport guideIf you’re looking to sleep, the seats have armrests, so the carpet on the first floor may be your best bet. A blanket or mat will provide extra comfort. Be prepared for the security guards to wake you and check your ID and boarding pass if you spend the night. For uninterrupted sleep, hotels are nearby. See our Airport Hotels section below for more info, or read some traveller airport reviews for more tips.

Good to Know

The Antigua Athletic Club, located across the street from the airport, offers a full gym, swimming pool, lockers, showers and a restaurant.
