Bariloche Airport Information

In this guide we may refer to locations as "landside" and "airside". Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

Regardless of what class of service you are flying, there is a lounge that you can enter through a lounge membership program (ie. Priority Pass).   • ATMs / Cash Machines - Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Location: Terminal C, Landside and Terminal A, Landside.
  • Duty Free and Shopping - Duty Free is available in 3 locations Airside, Terminal A, 1st Floor • Terminal B, 1st Floor • Terminal C, 1st Floor. The airport also provides a small selection of clothing, souvenir and newspaper shops for any last minute needs. Hours: unknown.
  • Food and Drinks - You will find restaurants/coffee shops in all Terminals with Terminal A offering the most variety. Hours: Not known but there are no 24 hour options.
  • Information Desk - Location: Arrivals Hall, Terminal C.
  • Luggage Storage & Lockers - Not available.
  • Luggage Wrapping - Available in 3 locations: Terminal A, 2 locations both Landside • Terminal C, Landside.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport

Buses and Colectivos

Public bus 72 runs between the airport and city center for about AR$12, but the fare is payable only by magnetic card, sold at the 3 de Mayo ticket offices. Bus stop is at the parking lot.

Car Rentals

Alamo/National, Avis, Hertz and Localiza offer car rental services onsite.


Metered taxis are readily available in the ground transportation area of the airport, just outside of the terminal on the ground floor. At the time of the last update, the average fare between the airport and city center is AR$140. Unfortunately, we do not have the current rate.
