    Dont sleep at T-3, T-4

    3.9.2018

    Pros: None

    Cons: shit

Perth airport T-3 T-4 Domestic is a no go for sleep extremely hard to find a good spot, it may be possible to make it comfy if you have gear- blankets and a pillow

    Great airport for sleeping

    10.3.2018

Pros: Showers are super clean and warm!

    Cons: WiFi sometimes doesn't work

I’m not sure in what terminal I’ve slept but it was an international one and look out for the “air office”. Follow the signs until you get to the gallery. If you have some camping stuff with you, like we did, then you’ll be fine! The gallery is a bit darker than the rest of the airport and from 9pm to 6am almost empty, just cleaners passing by. It also got lots of plugs. Beware of air-conditioning though. Sleep tight next to the railing and don’t block the way. Had to do it 3 times and never any complaints. WiFi there is also okay 🙂
If you need cheap food, then you have two options. Get the bus to the shopping centre nearby (you have 2 hours of travel time, enough for getting food and getting back to the airport in time) or look up hungry jacks vouchers online and use them at the airport. 🙂 Air offices are almost next to the food area.

    Sleeping in perth airport

    28.05.2017

(Guest Review by Chia Chia) Terminal 3 & 1 – Arrived perth domestic airport T3, pretty hard to find a place to sleep overnight, just couple benches with arms, and there was only one café opened(11pm). Took terminal transfer bus to T1, it's better than T3, there are many benches with no arms, good for sleeping, went upstairs, there are still some café opened(hungry jack as well), the dining are is good for having a rest and recharge 3C as well. Not a very good airport to sleep, but can be acceptable.

Not too bad if you know where to go

Terminal 2 – I just slept at the Perth airport – having read this guide before, I was worried about being kicked out at night, but I think that only happens at T3/T4 terminals. I slept at T2 and nobody bothered me at all. However I regret not going to T1 as soon as I arrived, because in the T1 Arrivals section next to Virgin Australia, they got some nice sofas with head rests and such, making it very comfortable to sleep. There aren't too many there, so try your luck. Elsewhere in the airport, they seem to have only rows of chairs with arm rests, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on them. Also be ready to hear the annoying "Beware of unattended baggage" intercom every 10 minutes, waking you up from your sleep.

    Thugism

    XX.XX.XX

(Review by Veteran) Terminal 3/4 – Being a disabled Veteran with knee/hip/back replacements I DREAD GOING THROUGH ANY OF THE SECURITY AREAS AT EITHER PERTH TERMINALS. YOU ARE SINGLED OUT MADE TO LOOK LIKE A FOOL WHY THERE IS NO SCREENING FOR A SIMPLE EXAM. SO YOU LOOK LIKE A FOOL WITH BELT OFF (TRYING TO HOLD YOUR TROUSERS UP) SHOES OFF BEING TOLD KEEP YOUR ARMS UP BUT YOU DONT WANT YOUR TROUSERS FALLING. AND IF YOU SAY ANYTHING YOU ARE CASTIGATED AND THEY CALL AIRPORT MANAGEMENT AS THEY CANT OR WONT MAKE A DECISSION. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THINK OF THE PERSON WHO IS IN A STATE OF PANIC BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE
