In this guide we may refer to locations as "landside" and "airside". Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

  • Medical Services - There is a First Aid station located near the check-in desks.

  • Smoking - There is no smoking inside the terminal. You can find a shelter in front of the terminal.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport

Bus

Airport Park & Ride buses offer frequent service between the airport terminal and Park & Ride locations in the city center. The two nearest stops to the airport are on Cromer Road (Hellesdon (Tesco express stop)) and Denis Road, both within 8 - 10 minutes walk from the airport terminal. Service is not available on Sunday.

Car Rentals

Avis, Europcar, Budget and Hertz offer car rental services onsite in the main concourse.

Taxi

Norwich Airport Taxis is the official taxi service provider for the airport, and the only taxi company authorized to pick up and drop off passengers directly outside of the airport terminal. Taxis are available 24 hours a day, and can be pre-booked online or hired at the taxi rank in front of the terminal.
