What to Expect
Tampere Airport (code: TMP) has two terminals, located separately: Terminal 1 handles traditional airlines and Terminal 2 serves low-cost carriers. Both terminals have basic eating options. Free WiFi helps pass the time.
Sleeping in Tampere Airport

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airport Hours
The airport is opening during the following times:
Terminal 1 – 4:00AM – 1:00AM (Mon-Sun).
Terminal 2 – Open 2 hours before the first scheduled flight until after the last scheduled flight departs/arrives.
Airport Hotels

Bus
Tampere Public Transport buses link the airport to Tampere city center via bus route 103. Meanwhile, bus line 39 operates between Pirkkala and airport. Tokeen offers Ryanair bus transfers to/from Tampere railway station. For more information on taking the bus, visit the Tampere Airport website.
