What to Expect
Biarritz Airport (code: BIQ) has a smaller, older terminal that operates a few year-round flights and many seasonal routes. Facilities are limited to a couple of cafes and shops. WiFi is available for a fee.
Sleeping in Biarritz Airport

Bus
The Chronoplus local bus network serves BIQ airport via multiple bus routes. Line C serves the Biarritz Train Station, Anglet, Bayonne and Bidart. Line no.14 can also connect you to many surrounding areas. A one-hour ticket costs €1.00, or you can purchase a ticket for up to 24 hours of travel on the Chronoplus network for € 2.00. Chronoplus (line 3), Flixbus, and Blablacar provide bus service to further surrounding areas such as Hendaye, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Landes, Lourdes, Toulouse, etc.
Two private companies offer bus service between the airport and Spain. Pesa and Conda offer service between Biarritz Airport and San Sebastian or Pamplona.
