Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all services and times listed below are subject to change. In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: International Departures (near Door 8) and International Arrivals (opposite Door 7).
Baby Care Facilities – Nursing rooms are available. Location: Airside, in front of Gate 13 and 14.
Banks – Xinqiao Branch of Bank of China can be found at the Gate 8, 2nd Floor.
Business Center – Printing, faxing and copying services are available at the airport’s Business Center. Rates: unknown. Location: near door 5. Hours: 24 hours.
Currency Exchange – Bank of China offers currency exchange and full-service banking. Location: International Departures, near Door 8.
Drinking Water – Thirsty? Drinking water stations providing cold and hot water are available free of charge.
Food & Drinks – Food concessions throughout the airport operate with varying schedules. At the time of this update, we are unable to confirm the availability of any 24-hour dining options.
Information Desk – Need help find your way? Three information desks are available to provide assistance. Locations: Landside, Departures Hall, near Check-in Area C • Landside, Arrivals Hall • Airside, after Security Checks.
Luggage Carts – Need a hand with your bags? Baggage carts are available free of charge throughout the airport.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – The luggage storage office is located landside, in the Arrivals Hall, opposite Gate 5. Hours: 9:00AM – 9:00PM. Rates are unknown.
Luggage Wrapping – Protect your bags from theft and damage by having your bags wrapped in plastic. Location: Landside, Departures Hall, near airport entrance.
Medical Services – If you feel unwell or injure yourself, two medical centers are available. Locations: Landside, Departures, opposite Check-in Area B • Airside, opposite Boarding Gate A13.
Mobile Charging – Power outlets and USB ports are available throughout the airport, with some integrated into the boarding gate seats.
Postal Services – Drop off your last minute postcards to friends and family from the airport’s mailbox. Locations: Arrivals Hall, opposite door 5. Hours: 24 hours. Note: Packages cannot be shipped from the airport.

Showers – Not available.
Smoking – Smoking is prohibited at the airport, except in designated smoking areas. Outside the airport, there are five areas near many of the airport’s entrances/exits. Once airside, the airport does provide travellers with indoor smoking rooms. Locations: Domestic Departures, near Gate A5 • International Departures, near Gate A19 and A23.
Spa Services – Treat yourself to a relaxing foot bath before or after a long flight! Rich Overseas Chinese Foot Bath is located in the Domestic Arrivals Area.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
Designated “airport buses” offer express service between the airport and city center at an affordable price. Buses usually won’t depart until full, so this is a good option if you’re not in a hurry. There are four airport express bus lines:
Line 1: Hefei Bus Station (Mingguang Rd)
Line 2: Hefei Car Passenger terminal (Zhanqian Rd)
Line 3: South Gate Transfer Center (Susong Rd)
Line 4: City Air Terminal (Shouchun Rd)
Metered taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area.
