ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Machines are operated by Bank of Kochi, Shikoku Bank, and AEON Bank. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Check-in/Arrivals Floor. ATM’s are not available on Departures Level.
Baby Care Facilities – Available within the multi-purpose washrooms on the Check-in/Arrivals Floor, the Departures Floor and the Observation Floor. There is also a dedicated nursing room on Check-in/Arrivals Floor which includes a bed.
Changing Rooms – Changing rooms are available for Pilgrims offering a place to relax with tea before setting off on a journey. Location: Check-in/Arrivals Floor.
Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free is available as well as six other shops selling souvenirs, snack foods, books, etc. Most are located on the Departures Level.
Family Services – The airport offers a nursing room including baby change table and a full size single bed. Location: Floor 1. Same area as the handicapped washrooms.
Food & Drinks – At the time of this update, we did not have any information regarding the availability of any 24 hour restaurants. Four restaurants are available, all on the Departures Level.
Information Desk – Available on the Check-in/Arrivals Floor. Hours: unknown.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Luggage lockers are available. Location: Check-in/Arrivals Floor. Rates: 300-500 JPY per day. Lockers are available in 3 sizes. Hours: 6:25AM – 8:40PM. You can store luggage to a maximum of 7 days.
Massage Chairs – Available on the Departures Level. Rates: 200 JPY / 10 mins.
Mobile Charging – Head to Kjiura no Niwa to charge your phone. Location: Departures Level.
Observation Deck – Relax and watch planes taking off and landing from the vantage point of the airport’s observation deck, which takes up the entire top level of the airport.

Smoking – Permitted inside the airport in designated areas (Arrivals Level and Departures Gate area).
Water Station – Available on the Check-In/ Arrival floor.
