Where to Sleep
- As of February 2019, we have received only one review from a traveller who slept in this airport. For a good night’s sleep, the reviewer suggests to bring a blanket as it can get quite chilly in the airport. Domestic Departures is suggested as a good place to sleep where there are plenty of benches available. In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
The airport is well connected to the bus system offering connections to the Shenyang Railway Station, the North Railway Station and a variety of destinations accessible via long-distance buses.
Local bus tickets and information is available at the Information Desk, 1F, Arrivals Hall. Buses to the Shenyang Railway Station run from 7:50AM – 8:00PM while service to the North Railway Station runs from 8:30PM – last flight arrival. Both options take approximately 60 minutes and the ride costs CNY 15.5 – 17/person.
Longer distances buses are available at the Airport Long-distance Bus Station, Parking Building A. A sample of route options is as follows:
To Fushun: 8:30AM – 1:30AM, every 60 minutes, 90 minute ride, CNY 33.5/person.
To Liaoyang: 10:40AM – 8:00PM, every 40 -60 minutes, 60 minute ride, CNY 37/person.
To Anshan: 10:40AM – 8:00PM, every 40 -60 minutes, 120 minute ride, CNY 43/person.
Metered taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area of the airport.
