What to Expect
Shijiazhuang Airport (code: SJW) has two separate terminals: Terminal 1 for international traffic and Terminal 2 for domestic flights. The terminals are connected by free shuttle bus. Amenities include a variety of eateries and shops. WiFi is free in Terminal 2 but we don’t have information about Terminal 1. Economy class passengers can pay to enter two airport lounges. Where to Sleep

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

More Services, Facilities & Things To Do On A Layover At The Airport
ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Machines are operated by Bank of Communications, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Bank of Hebei. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: in the Domestic Terminal only.
Banking Services – Industrial & Commercial Bank of China and the Bank of Hebei have bank branches in the Arrival Hall, Domestic Terminal. Perhaps currency exchange services are also available here.
Food & Drink – At the time of this update, we did not have any information regarding the availability of any 24 hour restaurants. The Domestic Terminal offers a variety of options. It is not known what, if any, options are available in the International Terminal.
Information Desk – Have any questions? Stop by one of the two information desks for assistance. Location: Terminal 1, 2nd Floor • Terminal 2, 2nd Floor.
Luggage Storage & Lockers -The Domestic Terminal offers luggage storage. Location: 2F in T2. Hours: 6:00AM – 11:00PM. Rates: Prices range from CNY 10 to CNY 20 depending on the size.
Medical Services – Services are available in several locations: a medical station can be found in the Departure Hall, T2 • a first-aid room is located opposite Gate 1, Arrival Hall, T2 • First-aid is also available in the West Wing of the Waiting Hall, 2F, T2.
Mobile Charging – Over 1000 plug-ins are available. Check the corners in the Check-in Areas and look under your seat in the Waiting Halls.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
Spring Air Shuttle
At the time of this update, Spring Air offers free airport shuttle service to the airport for Spring Air passengers with valid outbound flight tickets. Pick up is available in Shijiazhuang and some surrounding cities. Contact Spring Air or your travel agent for details.
The airport offers a free shuttle bus to Zhengding Airport High-speed Railway Station from which you can connect to a variety of destinations via the bullet train.
Metered taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area.
The airport offers many shuttles to several sites around Shijiazhuang for a fare of 20 yuan / person.
