In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

Regardless of what class of service you are flying, there are lounges that you can enter through a lounge membership program (ie. Priority Pass). Free Wifi is available at Sunan Shuofang airport, connect to the “@ WUXI-FREE” network.

Pro-Tip: you are entitled to 1GB however you can simply log in again if you reach the maximum.

Baggage Carts – Need a hand with your luggage? Baggage carts are available in the Domestic Terminal.

Business Center – A business centre is located in the Domestic departure area near Counter 31.

Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free shopping is available as well as a small variety of shops to pass the time.

Food & Drink – The airport has 15 restaurants available. There is a Lawson Store (Location: Domestic Terminal, Landside, Level 1) and a FamilyMart (Location: Landside)which are open 24 hours a day for any last minute drink and snack requirements. Most other food services operate from 5:40AM – 11:30PM.

Luggage Storage & Lockers – Yes.

Massage Chairs – Paid massage chairs are available at several locations throughout the airport.

Medical Services – If you require medication attention, medical services are available in the departure hall. Hours: unknown.

Mobile Charging – Available at the seats located in the departure areas.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport


The airport is connected to the bus system by at least 8 bus lines which connect passengers to a variety of destinations including central bus stations and local train stations. Enquire at the airport.


Metered taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area of the airport.
