In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Terminal 2, north side, Level 1 and 2.

Baggage Trolleys – Need a hand with your luggage? Baggage trolleys are available free of charge throughout the terminals and in the parking garage.
Drinking Water – Thirsty? Drinking water fountains providing cold and hot water are available free of charge. Locations: available throughout the airport.
Duty Free & Shopping – It is not known if Duty Free shopping is available. The airport offers a small selection of shops selling local specialties, luggage and jewelry.
Food & Drinks – At the time of this update, it is not known if there are any 24 hour food operations available. The airport offers a small variety of food concessions including a KFC and Burger King which are open 6:00AM – last flight.
Information Desk – An information desk can be found in Terminal 3, 2nd Floor. Hours: 6:30AM – last flight.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Left Luggage Counter is available in T3, 2nd Floor. Hours: 6:30AM – 11:10PM. Rates: unknown.
Luggage Wrapping – Luggage wrapping is available. Location: Terminal 3, 2nd Floor by the 3rd Door and the 5th Door. Hours: 5:30AM – 11:30PM. Rates: start at ¥10.00 per bag.
Massage Chairs – Terminal 2 offers massage chairs, Airside. Rates: unknown.
Medical Services – A medical clinic can be found in the Arrivals Hall, close to #5 gate and in Terminal 3, Airside, opposite Gate 22. Hours: 5:30AM – last flight.
Mobile Charging – Chargers can be found in all departure and arrivals halls.
Prayer Room – Prayer rooms for muslim travelers are available. Location: Airside, near Gate 5.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
A comfortable and economical alternative to taxis, airport buses offer service on three different routes:
- Route 1 – to/from Westport Aviation Hotel
- Route 2 – Yinchuan Zhonghui Hotel
- Route 3 – Wuzhong Hotel
