Very low end airport, but great sleep!

(Guest Review by Masterairportsleeper) This airport is tiny, and very poor on resources (don't count on getting anything there. Bring with you stuff from the city). I got there at 10pm with a flight at 6am, so I just went in, there was literally no one there, found a spot at the corner of the hall, opened up my sleeping bag and kept for 5 hours straight. There are very few flights from this airport so when there are no flights, there's no one there except for one security guard that doesn't care about anything, but the automatic door still works

But even if this is an international airport, it is not open 24 hrs a day. So i stayed 5hrs alone outside. Hopefully the security guards offered me some water and managed to let me in... So be careful, absolutely no one there before the last 3hrs before take off... and the first shop/store/bar is 2kms away (and Paramaribo 45min of taxi away...), althought the airport itself is not bad, even if not really designed to sleep. And moreover security guards helpful and skilled in english." Added 11 Nov 05
