  • ATMs / Cash Machines - A BNZ ATM is available near the restrooms on the ground floor.

  • Food & Drink - Café Ignition offers full-service dining and panoramic views of the airfield from the 1st floor. If you want something quick, the Touch & Go Cafe, located near the Arrivals doors, has coffee and take-away meals. Both are open from 5:00AM until last flight arrival of the day.
  • Information Desk - Location: Ground Floor, past the rental car desks.
  • Mobile Charging - USB charging ports are available for use in Café Ignition and at the top of the stairs, opposite the New Zealand Regional Lounge.

Taxis are available in front of the airport. There is a free taxi phone located inside the airport near the main arrivals doors, and a second is located on the illuminated advertising panel. The airport partners with Taxis Palmerston North.
