Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport

Airport Shuttle

ADEMA Navettes offers a convenient and economical shuttle service between the airport and several key points in Antananarivo, including door-to-door service to your hotel. At the time of this update, we are told that this service has been temporarily halted as a new management company takes over. If the shuttles aren’t back up and running, taxis are a convenient alternative.

Car Rentals

These car rental agencies offer service onsite: Avis • Budget • Europcar • Hertz • Sixt.

Minibus

Travel like the locals do! If your load is light and you’re not pressed for time, you can travel at a fraction of the price of a taxi by taking a white-colored Taxi-Brousse shared-ride minibus (known locally as ‘Taxi-Be’). These minibuses tend to get crowded and make many stops along their specific route. Be sure to confirm that your minibus is going to your stop before you board.

Taxis

Taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area of the airport.
