Santo Domingo Airport Information

In this guide we may refer to locations as "landside" and "airside". Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

Airport Lounges

  • Copa Club - Location: Terminal B, North Concourse, Gate B4. Hours: 5:00AM - 7:00PM.
  • Sala VIP Caribe - Location: Terminal A, Airside. Hours: 6:00AM - 11:30PM (Daily).

  • Bellevue Dominican Bay - (15 minutes from the airport) An all-inclusive resort. No airport shuttle.

Taxis

Taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area of the airport. There are no meters, so negotiate a fare with the driver before starting your journey. For safety reasons, it’s highly recommended to pre-arrange your ride to and from the airport with a reputable taxi or tour company. Also available at the airport, shared-ride minivans offer an economical alternative to taxis.
