"both in July 2000 and 2001, both times heaven after 24/7 clubbing! my tip; go to the far end when airside, there are far more fairly comfy benches and it is much quieter. the airport is also very clean, and is big enough to have a wander round in. "

"Don't sleep here if you have any choice. Both times I slept here (Aug 93 and Aug 2000) I was travelling to Ibiza, but as most flights are charters and arrive very late at night, if you have no hotel booked, or are waiting for the ferry at 8-9.00am, you may well sleep in the arrivals lounge. And a marvelous place it is too. Two seats, one always occupied by a total b*****d. Rock hard floor and no carpets. Everyone working there speaks English but pretend that they don't just for a laugh. Best of all, though, is the constant flow of drunk British hooligans parading through the area at regular half hour intervals as they begin their holidays. Prepare for gangs of fat, loud skinheads in baggy shorts carrying 300 cans of lager, and with very ugly girlfriends screeching abuse at each other as they trail behind, or doped up clubbers bumping into things as they rev themselves up for a fortnight of mayhem. Beautiful island though."
