"Let's just say, traveling solo with a lot of baggage doesn't give you much freedom, so I had to check-in at 10 AM and my flight was supposed to leave at 11PM as you can understand I wasn't very happy but I have to say that staff at the airport was very kind and made, specifically when I had to check-in my bags, they didn't make me pay for my baggage although I had over 80 lbs. extra....but.....waiting is always a pain and well the chairs and bathroom and not very comfortable nor clean, and there's much to do, Bring your laptop, i--pod or whatever, flows your boat, but you MUST bring something to entertaing yourself. That's it nothing to add, try to avoid sleeping there or for that matter waiting more than you need to..."

"the tijuana airport is fairly nice, despite what you may think. at first everything was going well we set up our makeshift camp for the night on this upper level balcony. well, half way through the night we were removed from our spot by the cleaners, and we had to move down to the lower level with the rest of the general population. it was a nightmare from this point on. being that is was january of this year it was fairly cold down there , so i was surprised that they would crank the air conditioner all night long. well at seven in the morning we boarded our flight and ended one of the worst airport sleeps i've ever had. you've been warned."
