The airline has a tie-up with American Airlines’ AAdvantage, and in 2019 a new partnership, enabling Etihad Guest members to earn miles when booking accommodation through booking.com, was announced.

For those with more time on their hands, Etihad offers a 2 for 1 stopover package in Abu Dhabi, allowing passengers to stay for up to four days. The airline will cover the cost of one night’s accommodation, and passengers will be able to stay at the city’s premium 4* and 5* star hotels for a fraction of the normal price. The aim is to give flyers an opportunity to relax or to explore the region further.
