Cuiaba Airport (code: CGB) has a small, recently built terminal that primarily serves domestic destinations. Amenities include a range of eateries and shops, many of which are open 24 hours. Free WiFi helps pass the time. There are no pay-to-use lounges.
Sleeping in Cuiaba Airport
Past travelers found the corner of the observation deck nearest to the airport police station to be the safest place in the airport to sleep. All seating has armrests, so have a travel mat or sleeping bag handy and be prepared to sleep on the floor! The airport is noisy and busy at all hours of the night, so have a sleep mask and earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones handy to ensure a good night’s rest!
