Slept on Bod airport because I'm a stand-by traveller and the last flight to Narvik in the evening was full, so I had to take the first flight in the morning. Because I didn't want to pay enormous norwegian prices for a bed somewhere I stayed at the airport. The SAS check-in employee told me that it wouldn't be a problem to sleep in the aiport, although it closes at night, I should just talk to the security staff. It really wasn't a problem! The security employee even asked me if he shall wake me up in the morning.
In the first floor is a restaurant without doors that closes at appr. 10pm. It's queit and dark than and has extremely comfortable soft sofas to sleep on. However, I was not allowed to stay there at night and was waken up at half past 12 when the aiport closed.
But I was informed that I could sleep on the seats downstairs in the mail hall, which where still comfortable enough. Noise was not present at all during the airport was closed. From 5am the first passangers started to walk around, but not that many, so it was just noisy when women with high-heeled shoes passed. Really a bice little cosy airport! But the atmosphere is so personal that it will definitely be noticed if you try to stay more than one night.
