Every five minutes a female voice was telling me not to leave my luggage unattended, in english, german and turkish. I hate her. -Barbara

I spent the all night there, and it was really quiet and secure. There are no flights between 1 am and 6 am, so you can rest peacefully, you will just start to see and hear more people from 5 am. The seats are comfortable, but there is a main problem: nothing is open. So, if you decide to sleep in Stuttgart's airport, GO TO A SUPERMARKET FIRST. There's nothing to eat (there's just a icecream automat) from 22 until 4 am.

Yes, the repeated announcements had me frequently changing my location as I uselessly searched for a quiet corner...the seating were mainly uncomfortable benches and the building was cold, really cold, but on the whole, I guess it wasn't so bad. They did turn off the lights in the building to help out sleepers. Just remember to bring some spare euro coins to store your luggage in the luggage lockers so you can be free of your bags and bring your own food or you will starve like I did.
