We missed our flight, looked retarded in front of friends, and much much worse, spent a night in Glasgow Prestwick airport for NO reason.
“My brother and I slept overnight at Prestwick airport as we had an early flight out to Prague. This Glasgow airport is a shit hole, but hell we were going to Prague so it was all good. Even better, in fact, because randomly two friends from university where also staying overnight to fly out to Florence the next morningl!
It was, uncomfortable, cold, noisy, and everything was closed. Pretty hellish but we made it through the night. Since our flight was at 7.30, we went to check the check-in times at 5.00. Nothing on the screens, so super pissed I went up to an airport worker to complain. Apparently there are no flights to Prague from this airport….. Glasgow has two airports, and the other (much nicer one) is an hours drive away.
