Airport Overview

To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, we are here to give you the low-down on what travellers have reported back to us about their time at Monterrey Airport.

What to Expect

Monterrey Airport is spread across three terminals. The recently renovated Terminal A houses domestic flights in the North Concourse and international flights in the South Concourse. Terminal B is the newest building, and Terminal C serves mostly low-cost carriers. An underground walkway connects Terminals A and B, and a free shuttle bus connects all terminals landside from about 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.

A number of restaurants, bars, and cafes are available, a few of which are open 24 hours! Mini-markets and convenience shops are also available. Free WiFi helps to pass the time. Economy class travellers who want more comfort during their layover can pay to enter a few airport lounges. See Airport Lounges in the airport guide below for locations and rates.

Where to Sleep

We have received no recent sleep-related reviews, so we are unable to report on good sleep spots. If you’ve visited this airport recently please write a review to help future travellers!  A few nearby hotels  offer free shuttle service for guests. See Airport Hotels section below for more info.

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
