Escape the usual airport chaos and enter the United Club Lounges at San Francisco Airport. With four locations, you’re rarely far from a little relaxation. Entry includes drinks, WiFi, TV, and comfy seating, all in a modern space. To enter the United Clubs, you must have United Club membership or an eligible elite status. If you have neither but you’re flying United, you can try your luck and pay at the door, as long as there’s availability. Below, you’ll find helpful details such as lounge location, hours, services, and lounge access for economy class travellers.

Lounge Location & Hours

  • United Club (Concourse E) – Terminal 3, Airside – Boarding Area E, near Gate E4.  Hours: 5:45AM – 10:30PM (Daily).
  • United Club (Concourse F)  – Terminal 3, Airside, Concourse F, Rotunda, near Gate F11.  Hours: 5:00AM – 12:00PM (Daily).
  • United Club (International)  – International Terminal, Airside, Concourse G, between Gates G6 and G9.  Hours: 7:00AM – 10:00PM (Daily).

A United Polaris Lounge is available for First and Business Class travellers travelling internationally.  Location: International Terminal, Airside, Concourse G, across from security checkpoint.  Hours: 6:30AM – 10:30PM.

Pay at the door

One-time passes can be purchased through the United App. The rate is US$ 59 per person.

Requirements: One-time pass holders will need to provide a boarding pass for same-day travel on United Airlines, Star Alliance or a partner operated flight.

Membership Programs

» United Club – If you travel frequently on United Airlines, you may want to look into purchasing an annual membership that will give you access to this and other lounges in the United Airlines network. Rate: US$ 650 or 85,000 miles.
