First/Business/Elite Status flyers may be eligible to access the following lounges free of charge.
- Aifurson Lounges (Saudia) – Terminal 2, Airside, 2nd Floor, Building B. Hours: open 24 hours.
- Alitoth Lounge (Egyptair) – Terminal 3, Airside, Departure Level, F Gates. Hours: open 24 hours.
- Almeisan Lounge (Egyptair) – Terminal 3, Airside, Departure Level, behind Gate F10. Hours: 6:00AM – 5:30PM.
- Eltier Lounge (Egyptair) – Terminal 3, Airside, 4th Floor, F Gates. Hours: open 24 hours.
- Gienah Lounge (Egyptair) – Terminal 3, Airside, 3rd Floor, G Gates. Hours: open 24 hours.
