The biggest thing was the LOUD announcements, not all night, but they started at like 4-5 am, so it was a rude awakening every 10 mins or so. Security didn't seem to care we were there, but we kinda tried to hide also cuz we thought they might. Big spacious terminal but not a ton of places to crash, unless the floor is your bag.

Lovely new terminal, plenty of clean toilets that you can get a luggage trolley into. Loads of seats that you can stretch out on, many with electric sockets very close by. The floor is so clean you could probably eat off it (saves bringing plates!) Got asked for my passport and ticket by a policeman when I was looking for the toilet, but in a very polite way, didn't see them do that to anyone else though, and I thought I looked quite smart! There was a bar/coffee place that was open all night, but I of course (in true cheap style) bought my own! Thoroughly recommended"

"In Oct of '97 I wound up sleeping in the Dusseldorf airport in Germany. It was OK, but not too comfortable. On the pro side I was never harassed by any authorities, it was open all night (or at least I got to stay), and it was pretty calm and quite overnight. On the con side the chairs there were uncomfortable to sleep on. They were hard plastic chairs with no padding and a shape that made laying across 3-4 of them kind of awkward. "
