I had just arrived in Belarus from Frankfurt then was on my way to getting on a train to Moscow. The customs staff did not have the ability to smile or demonstrate even having a personality. Every staff member was extremely rude and mean. Military guys with guns are standing around I guess to intimidate. The real kicker was right outside of the airport numerous men came up to my girlfriend offering to pay her... for stuff they shouldn't be doing. Seriously there were like twenty desperate guys just looking for prostitutes. Weird.
