Overnight campers report a sleep-friendly airport with many solid sleep spots. Try the red couches in the departure areas or ride the escalators upstairs to find several long, soft benches. An eye mask, earplugs, or noise-cancelling headphones are crucial to blocking airport lights and noise. There are no 24-hour food or drink options. A selection of cafés and restaurants operate landside and airside. Some open around 5:00 AM, with most closing by 9:00 PM. Vending machines for snacks and drinks are available throughout the terminal.

Drinking Water
Drinking water fountains are available free of charge in both landside and airside areas across Halls A, B, C, and D, including the boarding lounge. Bottled water is available for purchase airside (Hall D offers low-cost options).

Luggage Storage & Lockers

Limited storage is available for small items (approximately A4 size), as well as helmets. Location: Information Desk, Arrivals Hall C. Hours: 5:30 AM – midnight.

Mobile Charging

Power outlets are available throughout the terminal. Dedicated work areas with charging points are located near Gates 18 and 26.

ATMs / Cash Machines – ATMs are available throughout the terminal. Fees may apply; check your bank’s fee schedule and withdrawal limits before travelling. Locations include Arrival Hall (Levels C and D), near baggage reclaim belts 6/7, and Departure Halls B and D.
Currency Exchange – Currency exchange services are available, operated by Change Group. Location: Hall C, Ground Floor.
Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free shopping is available, along with a small selection of shops, including Relay newsstands. A convenience shop (landside) sells snacks, prepackaged food, and drinks.
Family Services – Baby changing facilities are available landside and airside near restrooms. A children’s play area is available outdoors near the P5/P6 shuttle stop; indoor play areas are reportedly closed. Fast-track security may be available for families with children under 12 during peak holiday periods. Complimentary strollers are available airside in the departures area.
Information Desk – An information desk is available in the terminal for passenger assistance.
Medical Services – First aid services are available. Location: Arrivals level, Hall B.
Postal Services – Mailboxes are available landside in Halls B, C, and D.
Prayer Room – A prayer room is available landside in Hall C (3rd floor). Access requires a key from the Information Desk.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport

Airport Shuttle

TLS airport is well connected to the bus system.

A shuttle service links the airport to Toulouse bus station. Shuttles depart the airport every 20 minutes.
Line 30 and Line 388 provide service to different locations in and around the city.

Taxis are available outside the Arrivals area, between Gates B3 and C1.

Tram

Toulouse Airport is linked to the city center via the TISSEO T2 tram line. Trams depart every 15 minutes, travelling between T2 and tram stops Arènes and Palais de Justice. Total one-way trip time is 21-32 minutes.

Security & Safety

Sleeping in any airport can include a certain level of risk, especially when travelling alone. It’s important to take certain precautions to ensure your safety and the security of your valuables. Here are a few tips:

Safety First. It’s a good idea to know where the security office is located and look for video cameras where you plan to sleep. You can also ask the security personnel for advice on the safest places to spend the night.
Don’t Seclude Yourself. If you’re travelling alone, we recommend you stay near other travellers or close to security. This will help you feel more secure and deter potential thieves.
Hide Your Valuables. It’s also important to hide your valuables. Don’t leave them out in plain view, as this could make you a target for theft. Additionally, if you are a deep sleeper, you may want to padlock your bag to something or sleep with your bag up against a wall to make it harder for someone to access zippers and pockets. We have received reports of sleepers who woke up without their phones and laptop bags. The travellers were left with just their headphones and laptop bag strap.
Stay Alert. It’s best to stay alert and awake if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages to help you stay awake, and remember that you can always catch up on sleep during your flight. These simple precautions can help you enjoy a safe night at the airport.
