I checked with the ground crew and they just shooed me in, without even answering my question or looking at my ticket.
“This has to be one of the worst flight connection I ever experienced. The staff doesn’t speak an ounce of english and they don’t seem to understand spanish either. The departure gate changes every hour – They changed my gate twice. Unfortunately the 2nd time they changed it, I didn’t quite catch the announcement (PA system extremely lousy – can’t even guess what they said). I realised something wasn’t right while lining up to board the plane when 1) the boarding was 30 mins earlier than scheduled time, and 2) I noticed people were dressed for warm climate when I’m heading to area that requires layers. I checked with the ground crew and they just shooed me in, without even answering my question or looking at my ticket. When I get in the plane, again I asked a flight attendant whether the flight is heading to my destination (in both english and spanish) she just smiled and nodded. Wasn’t convinced, I walked slowly to my designated seating and someone else was occupying it. I requested to look at the gentleman’s ticket stub and to my horror, it was the wrong destination!! I stormed out of the plane.”
