Frequent Flyer Program: Qatar Airways’ operates the Privilege Club loyalty programme which has partnerships with international airlines, hotels, car rental companies, banks and other partners worldwide. The club has four levels of loyalty and passengers can redeem QMiles. To become a member you need to be at least 12-years-old.

Lounges: Qatar Airways operates several airport lounges, including the Al Safwa First Lounge for first class passengers and Al Mourjan Business Lounge for business and economy class passengers. The airline has partner lounges worldwide that are accessible by first and business class passengers.

Transit Hotel: Qatar Airways offers and arranges transit hotel accommodation, entry visas, airport transfers and meals for passengers facing extended transit times at Doha. Airport. Subject to a range of conditions, the service is available if there is no connection of less than eight hours available.

You can now enjoy a new Transit Visa free of cost when you add a short transit or stopover between five and 96 hours in Doha to your itinerary without any additional fare charges. Nationals from a total of 80 countries can now take advantage of visa free entry into Qatar, thanks to their new visa waiver upon arrival.

Layover Tour: If you’re facing a layover, then you can take advantage of one of six transit tours which enable passengers to discover more about Qatar. For example, Doha City Tour introduces you to the most prominent highlights of the city; Katara, The Pearl, Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif. If your transit is more than 5 hours, you can take a journey to the heart of the desert and enjoy a real desert adventure, or experience the beautiful city of Doha in the privacy of your very own chauffeur-driven car.
